  MY family lives in Huntington Woods/Oak Park so this is our local neighbor Kroger. We shop hear on a almost daily basis.The store moves pretty fast so even though items aren't always stocked we continue to shop. My experiences are on a 10 scale mostly a 6, util I had LOLITA for a self service check out attendant. This woman is the most unruly, impatient, pessimistic cashier I've came across. my change got stuck in the machine and she was outraged I asked for assistance. She literary huffed and puffed and stomped and banged the machine. Then while assisting me she got mad at an elderly lady for moving slow or misunderstanding the machine. This woman should seriously be coached about customer service and how it keep the business up. LOLITAS rude actions has caused me to go to what I feel is better customer service Kroger on 9MIle AND I75. No store or business is perfect but if shes there my business will be appreciated other places, even if that means not shopping at Kroger at all.

  The workers are quick to help you without complaint. The cleanliness of the location seems at par could be better though. Closes early without warning so be sure to get there more than an hour before it closes.
