  THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I ORDERED AT 2;20PM AND RECEIVED MY ORDER AT 3;15PM....MEAN WHILE CALL CONCERNING MY ORDER AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES.... THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND THE MANAGER IS RUDE. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM ANY JIMMIE JOHNS IN THE WORLD. THIS PLACE IS NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF HOW JIMMIE JOHNS IS DISPLAYED ON TV.

  Horrible service. 45 minutes delivery. Wrong order was given. The manager said keep it and he'd send the right sub, based on the receipt that he pulled up which showed they put the order in wrong. The delivery guy shows up in our lobby and in a public display starts asking for the wrong order back after the manager said to keep it. I gave it to him, but I called the manager back asking him why the embarrassment. He said yeah, i want it back to check it was wrong. I told him, why would you say to keep it in the first place? No answer to when i told him their service and delivery needs work. "I don't know what to tell you".
