  A nest of Nats are in the front left corner of the entire lobby by the service counter. Restrooms are horrible in smell and working condition. The manager was clueless (African American female) the several times I've patron there. Service is ridiculously horrible and the food quality is sometimes good. You will have to demand fresh food sometimes. Do not eat here. I do not recommend!!!

  This Wendy's mangment and employees are extremely rude. I just went through the drive through. When I pulled up at the second window a woman handed me my food without a word. She forgot my sauce an I nicely asked her for them, she then proceeded to close the window that was not fully shut and say, " I hate when customers are like that they are so rude asking for stuff" then another employee walks over to look at me in the car. The woman gives me the sauce. I have worked at fast food before so I understand the frustration but I should not have to hear about you speaking badly about me. The biggest problem of all is when I called to talk to mangment about the employee and she was sassy as well and gave no care. She answered my questions with a "mhm" and never apologize or anything. My family and I will no longer be going to this place and I will be looking into going to higher management to get this problem solved because I see I am not the only one with this problem.

  Sriracha Chicken Mess, do not attempt to customize this feature menu item. I asked for light sauce on it and they covered it in sauce, please see photo. Its like the cook was trying to be an ass and purposely put more sauce on it than normal.

  I was in at 2 pm and the food came out quick, hot, and fresh. This is one of my regular work lunch stops and it is consistently good.

  Usually busy but they work through a long line pretty fast so I don't mind waiting. Food is of decent quality. Pretty much as to be expected.
