  Bad customer service. I went to drive through and the young lady had an attitude because I requested an extra box for my timbits. Well I sat and waited for the box but she didn't return to the window. ..I blew my horn and she came back with no apology but forcefully handed me a box. I told her I wanted to speak to manager. She said she didnt care. I went inside to speak to the male manager. I told him what happened. ..no reaction. He did not care either. I told them I would call the number on the door....to general owner. He said theres the number. Basically these people have a funky attitude because they are not reprimanded. I did a survey online as well as called the owner. I have not heard back from anyone. What a joke.

  I just left and the worse attitude ever!! The staff is the worse ever and they don't care. I will be going to next closet one from now on and so will my coworkers. I got to work and they said the exact same thing. Wish I would have known the service was so bad.

  I asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. She repeated my order correctly yet I get home to a bagel with plain cream cheese? I will not be coming back. And there's no brown sugar in my oatmeal you all stuffed with berries. There's more berries than oatmeal!
